John W. Pettit

John Pettit has over 20 years experience in the security and investigation industry. He is a former member of the Australian Army Reserve and is an active member of the Queensland Chapter of ASIS International. ASIS International is the peak representative body for security professionals worldwide. John has extensive paralegal experience and is a Forensic Security Consultant to the New South Wales Police Force.

John holds formal qualifications in: Security & Risk Management; Investigations; and, Training & Assessment, recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework. John has also undertaken tertiary study in the discipline of security management though Edith Cowan University in Perth, and has been admitted to the award of Bachelor of Science (Security). John Pettit is the only security professional currently in private Forensic Practice to hold this converted award. Presently, John is completing a Master of Criminology at Bond University on the Gold Coast.
